Arkido Web Services provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, and related IT services.
All services are provided based on the agreed project scope, proposal, or written contract between both parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service temporarily or permanently with or without notice.

3. Project Terms

  • All projects are initiated only after receiving the agreed upfront payment or advance.

  • Any changes or additions beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

  • Project timelines depend on client cooperation, including timely content, approvals, and feedback.

  • Delays in providing materials may extend the completion date.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or invoice.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery or deployment.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all website design files, source code, and related materials become the property of the client (unless specified otherwise).

  • Arkido Web Services retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is signed.

  • Third-party materials (stock photos, plugins, fonts, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary information, text, images, and other materials required to complete the project.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon any copyrights or third-party rights.

  • Delays caused by incomplete information may affect the project timeline.

7. Hosting and Maintenance

  • If hosting or maintenance is provided by Arkido Web Services, it will be as per the specific plan selected.

  • Hosting downtime, third-party errors, or server issues may occur and will be resolved as per service-level agreements.

  • Clients using third-party hosting are responsible for maintaining their server security and uptime.

8. SEO, Marketing, and Performance

While Arkido Web Services follows best practices for SEO and website performance, no guarantees can be made regarding specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue growth.

Search engine algorithms and third-party platform rules (e.g., Google, Meta, Shopify) are beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
All client data, credentials, and business information shared during a project are kept secure and not disclosed to any third party, except as required by law or for completing the project.

10. Revisions and Changes

  • Minor revisions are included in all standard projects.

  • Major layout, feature, or functionality changes after design approval may be charged additionally.

  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of project delivery unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

11. Limitation of Liability

Arkido Web Services shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from website errors, misuse, or third-party services.

  • Downtime or performance issues caused by external hosting providers, plugins, or user modifications.

  • Security breaches due to weak client passwords or third-party integrations.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by written notice if:

  • The other party breaches any major term of the agreement and fails to rectify it within 7 business days.

  • The client fails to make payments as per schedule.

In case of termination, all work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payable immediately.

13. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not applicable once the project has begun.

  • In case of technical errors proven to be on our end, Arkido will rectify the issue promptly.

  • No refunds will be provided for domain, hosting, or third-party services purchased on behalf of the client.

14. Third-Party Services

Arkido Web Services may use or recommend third-party software, plugins, or hosting providers to complete your project.
We are not liable for any issues, updates, or costs associated with these third-party tools.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

16. Changes to These Terms

Arkido Web Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
